All destinations need a beginning…

The scent portrays the emotional state of a boy/man descending the Atlas Mountains, brimming with hope for a new life in a modern city. His destination is a cityscape, an imaginary future world so far from the humble village roots, where possibilities are endless, and opportunities are plentiful.

A fragrance that captures two worlds in a ‘one skin statement’. The outcome? A modern molecular myth carrying origin gently in an ultra-modern suit.

The past: This primary accord holds pure Atlas Cedar-wood and weaves in deep patchouli and oakmoss into dark wefts. A gentle warp of Benzoin and Labdanum gives the upright cedar the necessary softening. The cedarwood becomes handled, warm and lived in as opposed to a solitary figure.

The present: Sharp, cool and architectural. Cedarwood plays two roles in this olfactory conundrum. The second is bolstered with graphite precision using Norlimbanol, Amber Core, Suederal and Kohinool. Modernity exemplified.

Bound: The two accords need earthing or anchoring to the body… enter Sylvamber and Iso. A perfect atom-like bridge between two worlds.

Invite: To pave the way for this cedar union to humbly peacock, there needed to be an invitation. a metaphorical hand that guides the wearer to the heart. This short, sharp welcome accord is greeted with green. Petigrain and bergamot, cassis and pepper quickly dry down so that the user can enjoy the main character energy.
