Exploring the worlds that exist underneath our world, Assassin Belarus is a portrait in darkness. Incendiary spirals and whispers behind hands. A nightingale feather in a storm.
Designed by Jonathan Ward in 2020.
Three of the best-selling scents are perfectly blended into merging layers.
The top layer is rich with Fig Ultimatum, which leads perfectly into the middle layer, Roscuro and finishes with the heaviest of all three scents, Hermitage Noel 1878™.
Option two leads with Cosimo for its top layer, Kartushya in the middle and Assassin Belarus at the base.
167 g of wax in each layer as you move through the candle and the season.
Inspired by true events (allegedly)…
Blair wrapped his mum’s stole around his neck, with that wide eyed childhood gaze staring back at her in the many mirrors. With a handful of jewel’s and heels that swallowed almost half of his calf, he clopped around the adjacent vast of the dressing room. unleashing the first seeds of his budding lifelong commitment to fashion and a magpie like quest for shiny things…
This scent began as my fourth perfume and was quickly requested as a body wash and cream. As we bridge into Autumn I took the creative pen and reformulated or rather strengthened this original skin formula to work in wax. Creating a harmonious accord of sensual depth by blending Bulgarian Rose, sweet hazel wood, tonka bean, cashmere musk and iris. It is enigmatic and addicitve as I find myself searching through the blended accords for more and more. Creativity comes in bursts and this was something i just could not ‘not’ bring to life.
80-100 hours of burn time of sophisticated animalic rose and woodsy sensuality. Burning perfectly through Autumn and into the colder months.
The empire candle is a statement.
Designed to give the maximum fragrance throw with 6-7 wicks burning at one time (dependent on fragrance choice).
Designed for clients who purchase multiple numbers of the same fragrance throughout the year and wish to purchase in their fragrance love more smartly.
This candle makes a powerful statement as a free-standing floor candle or as a coffee table candle and can be refilled once the vessel has been emptied.
Enjoy 380 hpurs of candle burn time with the new 6 wick Citadel candle. Housed in Italian hand blown glass designed to not only perfectly house 3.5 litres of candle wax burn time but to then live a second life as a luxury vessel for fruit or flowers.
Send the vessel safely back to me to be refilled once empty.
The perfect accompaniment to any candlescape, hearth, shelf or centrepiece. Dreamy indulgence in your favourite Jonathan Ward scent (with the same aroma potency as any Jonathan Ward candle).
Each rigid white box comes with twelve deep-dish burnished gold ribbed glass tea lights and twelve refills, allowing a generous room fill of scent while needing no maintenance.
There is a refill option available once you have completed one cycle of burn for a more cost-effective repeat purchase.
During testing, I allowed each candle to burn through to the end of its burn, and I didn’t need to extinguish it. However, you can choose to extinguish after four hours to garner an extra hour of burn if you incline.
Choose rich sumptuous and bold or perfumed green. Not much of an ultimatum really. The former wins every time.

A poetic journey from darkness to light. Oud, Amber, and Iris entangle in warm nostalgic sensuality.
Designed in 2015 by Jonathan Ward.
A floral citizen of the Gypsy world. Floral heart and global spirit. This bombastic floral does take hostage. Original, captivating and sensual. A dance around the campfire leads to hypnotic pace.
A scent born from flame and motion — where tambourines rattle under the stars and skirts whirl in rhythm with the night. This is the fire’s breath made perfume: smoky, sultry, alive.
Opening with a flicker of bergamot and patchouli, the fragrance draws you toward the blaze. Crimson saffron and tuberose and mimosa swirl like dancers in air heavy with rhythm and seduction. At its heart, burnt cedar woods, leather, and smoldering ramber pulse to an untamed beat, while a base of violet jasmine skin-warmed musk lingers like the echo of a faded embers in the dawn.
Sensual. Ferocious. Hypnotic.
This is not a fragrance you ‘wear’. It’s one that wears you into the fire.
I never want to personally look ‘back to black’, but the obsession with Black Friday seems to be the polarising topic of Western commercialism.
For a limited time (based on quantities), four fragrances receive this hand-painted artistic acknowledgement of our most frenzied day.
Kartushya, Assassin, Hermitage & Roscuro are given the ‘King for a Day’ treatment.
Double wick, Italian crystal vessel and obviously the new label treatment and idyllic black and gold packaging.
Simple is as simple does.
